Less than 17 hours till opening ceremonies. I've been watching soccer already. Can't wait for everything else! Go show you're Olympic spirit in honor of all the amazing athletes in London and at home. Go USA!

Meet the Superhumans

The two weeks following the Olympics are the Paralympics. These athletes are so amazing and inspirational. Whenever I watch them, I always think, "I'll never complain about another workout again!" So, without further adieu, meet the superhumans. Meet the Superhumans from Stitch Editing on Vimeo .

World's Greatest Athlete

Trey and Ashton. One of them could be the world's greatest athlete. That is some title! The decatholon is a crazy sport, and I have no idea how you can master that many events. VERY, VERY impressive. Can't wait to cheer both of them onto the podium in London. Only 3 more days!!!
<A href="http://msn.foxsports.com/video?videoid=d8f9bf04-1f34-4389-8a3c-a2dc41e307f8&src=v5:embed:syndication:&from=shareembed-syndication"Story_MP2_TRACK & FIELD"" target="_new" title="In Focus: Trey Hardee/Ashton Eaton">Video: In Focus: Trey Hardee/Ashton Eaton

Fastest Men in the World

Track and field is one of my favorite sports to watch in the summer Olympics. Can't wait to see the fastest men in the world put on a show! Usain Bolt is downright stupid fast. He seems super human blowing every other person in the world out of the water in these races. In honor of his awesomeness, here's a little preview of what we have to look forward to.

Christmas in July

I'm so excited for the Summer Olympics, but I saw several Winter Olympic videos today that I decided to share. It follows the general theme, so here we go. My friend Ben Lisson on the Australian men's bobsled team just made this video of our time on World Cup in Calgary and Whistler this season. I met Ben, Garreth, Lucas and Heath in Utah at the beginning of the America's Cup season, and they are tons of fun. They even ended up going to both World Cup races I did, so we were together literally the whole season. Anyhow, this is another great glimpse into our bobsled life behind the scenes. Driving, sliding, lifting, working on sleds, sanding runners, pushing in the Ice House and generally just being ridiculous. The only thing missing is eating. Lots of eating. <p>&amp;amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;am

USA All The Way

The Olympics are almost here!!!! YEAH!!!!!! I'm so pumped, I can hardly contain myself. I might end up being the guy from the Ace Hardware commercial making sure everyone knows. Watching all the Olympic trials footage and reading articles has definitely been a huge motivation for me in the gym. Somehow that Olympic spirit covers all of sport, and every athlete is so inspiring just for making it that far. Then there are those moments when we get to see something spectacular. Something no one has ever done before. Those are the moments that make me want to cry and get my blood pumping all at the same time. Every time I watch hear the song Olympic Spirit I tear up now. It's ridiculous. But the Olympics are really special to me this year because they are a possibility. I've always dreamed about being there competing when I watch, but now it's a potential reality. I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it. So awesome! I've decided to have an Olympic pos

I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I may not have looked quite like this kid on the outside, but that overexcited twirling, pointing, quick step move was definitely happening on the inside. I may have done a little skipping and jumping and squealing on the way to the car.) If you didn't get the memo, I am here in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this weekend. I came up for a bobsled combine (yes, we have to retake the combine every year). It just so happens that my friend Christa Bowman lives here with her family. Definitely a win, win. We were rowing buddies at K-State for 4 years. It's been so great to catch up with her and her family. It's been almost a year and a half since I've seen them. Definitely too long. I've been looking for a reason to come visit, and voila, a reason appeared. So I flew in last night and caught some ZZZ's before the big day. Barb, Christa's mom, came with me today to take it all in. She was my surrogate mom for the day, and I'm
